This page explains how every article on Arocol is researched, written, checked and updated. If you ever wonder “where did this number come from?”, the answer starts here.
Arocol is written by Cayayti. You can read more about me on the About Us page.
1. Where the facts come from
Money rules in India change often, so I don’t trust memory or social media posts.
- Every rule, limit, rate and deadline is checked on an official source first: RBI, SEBI, NPCI, EPFO, the Income Tax Department, IRDAI and AMFI.
- When a rule comes from a circular or notice, I link to the official page inside the article, so you can check it yourself.
- News sites are used only to spot new topics. Facts are always confirmed on the official site before they go into an article.
- If I can’t confirm something, I either leave it out or clearly say it isn’t confirmed.
2. Real stories vs examples
- When something really happened to me, like my EPFO grievance or the Telegram trading scam, I say so clearly and share real (blurred) screenshots.
- When I use a made-up example to explain a calculation, it’s written as an example with simple rupee numbers.
- Personal details like account numbers, phone numbers, UPI IDs and names are always blurred or removed.
3. What Arocol will never do
- No fake reviews, fake earnings, fake returns or fake testimonials.
- No stock tips. Articles explain how things work; they never tell you which share to buy or sell.
- No paid articles disguised as advice. Nobody pays to be recommended here.
- No asking for your OTP, PIN, password or bank details. Ever.
4. How AI is used
Some articles show how AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini can help with budgeting, comparing options or spotting scams. AI is a helper, not the author.
- Every article is written, read and checked by me before it goes live.
- Numbers and rules suggested by any tool are checked on official websites, because AI can be wrong.
- Some cover pictures are made with AI image tools. They never show real bank logos, real app screens or real currency notes.
- Readers are always reminded never to share PAN, Aadhaar, bank details or OTPs with any AI tool.
5. Affiliate links
Some articles include affiliate links, such as Amazon books or credit cards. If you buy through them, Arocol may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Links are only added where they fit the topic, every post with affiliate links shows a disclosure box at the top, and the money never changes what’s written. Details are on the Affiliate Disclosure page.
6. Updates and corrections
- Guides are reviewed after Union Budgets, RBI policy changes and other big rule changes.
- If you spot a mistake or an old rule, please email lucyful0000@gmail.com or use the Contact page. I’ll check it against the official source and fix it as soon as I can.
- Important corrections are fixed in the article itself, not hidden.
7. Not professional advice
I’m not a CA, a financial planner or a SEBI-registered adviser. Arocol is for general information and education only. For big decisions, please check the latest official rules or speak to a qualified professional. See the Disclaimer for more.
